Restore Ministries is a non-profit that operates under 12 Springs Community Services. We create safe spaces for pastors, ministry leaders and anyone carrying spiritual wounds to process, heal and rebuild faith without fear.
WHY WE EXIST
Restore Ministries was born from our own lived experience with ministry burnout, church conflict, and spiritual + church hurt. We know we are not alone. We’ve seen how easy it is for pastors and churchgoers to suffer in silence - unsure where to turn, who to trust or how to process.
We exist to offer a safe, confidential, compassionate space where people can process their pain and rediscover hope at no cost. We believe healing is possible, faith can be rebuilt, and every story deserves to be honored because your story and experience matters.
WHAT WE DO
Our ministry provides authentic, intentional support for those experiencing church hurt, ministry burnout, spiritual trauma or faith reconstruction. We offer:
Ministry Care (gentle, trauma-informed conversation)
Confidential Healing Spaces to explore faith, pain, and questions safely
Resources for Rebuilding Faith with freedom and integrity
Support for Leaders navigating ministry transitions or burnout
Community + Connection for those feeling spiritually displaced
We cannot fix issues within churches, but we can understand and support you through it. We simply walk alongside you - honoring your story, supporting your healing, offering resources that help your growth and help you rediscover wholeness.

Our vision is a world where every ministry leader and believer has access to safe, trustworthy support - where church hurt is acknowledged, healing is nurtured, and spiritual wholeness becomes expected. We see faith communities strengthened by restored leaders, families thriving through compassion and believers living out their faith with authenticity and courage.

Restore Ministries exists to walk alongside pastors, ministry leaders and individuals wounded by the church, by offering safe, compassionate support that fosters healing, wholeness and spiritually grounded reconstruction. Through confidential care, community and trauma-informed guidance, we help people find hope again and rebuild faith that is authentic and healthy.

Grace restores what heaviness tried to break.
We believe grace meets us in the places we feel most undone. It gently reminds us that we are still loved, still held, and still being shaped. Grace is not a quick fix—it’s a steady invitation to breathe again.
Restoration is possible - slow, sacred and deeply personal.
We believe healing takes time, and that God restores not by erasing pain but by walking with us through it. Restoration is a journey toward wholeness, connection, and renewed vision.
Healthy boundaries are an act of spiritual stewardship.
We believe boundaries protect the heart, preserve calling, and make space for authenticity. They are not walls—they are clarity, courage, and compassion for ourselves and others.
Faith can be reclaimed without fear or pressure.
We believe faith can be deconstructed thoughtfully and rebuilt with intention. Hurt does not have the final word. There is room to question, wrestle, and rediscover God in a way that leads to freedom rather than fear.
Your voice matters - and deserves to be heard with dignity.
We believe every person has a sacred voice that should never be diminished by unhealthy systems or harmful leadership. Rebuilding your voice is part of reclaiming your identity, your agency, and your connection to God.
